LOOM Glòries is a flexible coworking space inside the iconic Torre Glòries, in the heart of Barcelona's 22@ technology district. Designed by Jean Nouvel and Fermín Vázquez, the tower offers breathtaking 360-degree views over the city, including the Sagrada Família, with abundant natural light throughout. Utopicus Torre Marenostrum is a 3,856 sqm flexible workspace beside the sea in Barcelona's Ciutat Vella, in a Colonial building that grows vertically through a series of stacked volumes and sits comfortably among the towers on the city's skyline. Five floors hold 29 private offices and up to 405 workstations, with eight meeting rooms, a training room and an auditorium. Private offices start at 299 EUR per person per month excluding VAT, the lowest private office rate in the Utopicus network, and the Working Pass coworking area has 34 seats from 259 EUR per person per month excluding VAT. The building is rated BREEAM Part 1 Excellent and BREEAM Part 2 Outstanding.

It is a bright, comfortable environment with room to host meetings, internal events and new members, alongside the community and weekly events that define Itnig. The all-inclusive monthly fee covers reception and parcel management, building security and access control, utilities and climate control, high-speed internet and IT, unlimited access to the meeting rooms of the wider Itnig building, phone booths, daily cleaning, unlimited Itnig Café coffee and tea, a monthly community breakfast, insurance and facilities management.
