Pavilion City is a private members' club with serviced offices at Cannon Green, next door to Cannon Street station. Private offices from two to sixteen desks come fully fitted with bespoke furniture, warehouse-oak floors and floor-to-ceiling windows, and membership carries the club with it - an eighth-floor members' bar, two roof terraces with 360-degree views of the City skyline, members' lounges, a barista on site and 'The Listings' restaurant downstairs. Six serviced meeting and dining rooms, snug meeting rooms and phone booths are available on site, alongside state-of-the-art bike storage, lockers, changing rooms and showers. Office prices are quoted per month and exclude VAT.
An office inside a members' club
Most serviced offices sell you a desk and attach amenities to it. Pavilion City works the other way round: you take club membership, and the office sits inside it.
That is what the monthly figure carries. A private office at Cannon Green comes with the eighth-floor private members' bar, two roof terraces looking out across the City skyline and the Thames, members' lounges to work or meet in, a barista on site, and 'The Listings' restaurant downstairs. Bike storage, lockers, changing rooms and showers are on site, along with a bike repair shop. Access is 24/7.
The offices themselves are fully fitted - bespoke furniture and desks, reclaimed warehouse-oak flooring, and floor-to-ceiling windows with sun blinds - across a pair of rebuilt 1960s towers given a complete modern refit. Set against a conventional serviced office at a similar per-desk rate, the difference is the club: the restaurant, the terraces, the bar and the events programme are included rather than extra.

Pavilion City has six serviced meeting and dining rooms plus snug meeting rooms of various sizes - snugs for four from GBP 60 per hour, rooms for 10 from GBP 120 per hour or GBP 840 per day, a 16-person boardroom at GBP 160 per hour or GBP 1,100 per day, and a 20-person boardroom at GBP 175 per hour or GBP 1,180 per day. All rates exclude VAT.
The offices currently listed run from a three-desk suite to a sixteen-desk suite, between roughly 136 and 661 sq ft. Sizes and availability change - the cards on this page reflect the operator's own current availability list.
Pavilion City is at Cannon Green, 27 Bush Lane, London EC4R 0AA. Cannon Street mainline and Underground station (District and Circle lines) is next door - about a 30-second walk. St Paul's is a minute away, Bank Underground (Central line) is around ten minutes on foot, and the Cycle Superhighway runs past the door.

How to get there?
Pavilion City sits on Bush Lane in the Walbrook ward, effectively on top of Cannon Street station - a 30-second walk to mainline services and the District and Circle lines. St Paul's is a minute away and Bank, on the Central line, about ten minutes on foot. The Cycle Superhighway runs past the door, with bike storage, lockers, showers and a repair shop inside the building. The Thames and the Millennium Bridge are a few minutes south, with Borough Market and Bankside across the river; Leadenhall Market, the Royal Exchange and the City's restaurant cluster around Bloomberg Arcade are all within a short walk.
