Newly refurbished offices run from single rooms to eight-desk suites, with a garden hut office on the lawn, alongside co-working space, members' lounges, meeting rooms and zoom booths. Membership carries an on-site gym with changing rooms and showers, a restaurant and members' bar, a large garden, communal kitchens, secure bike storage, printing and admin support. Office prices are quoted per month and exclude VAT.
An office inside a members' club
Most serviced offices sell you a desk and attach amenities to it. Pavilion works the other way round: you take club membership, and the office sits inside it.
Fulham is the newest of the four clubs and the best value per desk. The offices are newly refurbished, running from single rooms to eight-desk suites, with one unusual option: a standalone hut office out on the lawn. Around them sit co-working space, members' lounges, meeting rooms, zoom booths and a staffed reception.

Charged separately. Zoom booths are GBP 10 per hour for four people and GBP 20 per hour for six. The Fulham Main Meeting Room seats up to four at GBP 60 per hour or GBP 700 per day; the Office Meeting Room takes six at GBP 80 per hour or GBP 380 per day; the First Floor Meeting Room takes ten at GBP 110 per hour or GBP 760 per day; and the outdoor hut with a TV takes six at GBP 100 per hour or GBP 700 per day. All rates exclude VAT.
A standalone two-desk office of about 103 sq ft in its own hut out on the lawn, separate from the main building, at GBP 1,500 per month plus VAT. There is also a larger outdoor hut with a TV that can be booked by the hour as a meeting room.
From a single room of about 69 sq ft up to eight-desk suites of roughly 400 sq ft, plus a penthouse floor opening in September 2026. Availability changes; the cards on this page reflect the operator's own current availability list.

The Thames and Putney Bridge are immediately south, with Bishops Park and Fulham Palace along the river to the north-west and Hurlingham Park and Club close by.
