Pavilion Kensington

Pavilion Kensington is a private members' club with serviced offices arranged around a light-filled atrium at 96 Kensington High Street, a minute from High Street Kensington station. It was the first Pavilion club and it ranges from single-person pods to suites for fifty, alongside co-working space, members' lounges, meeting rooms and zoom booths. Membership carries a barista and cafe, room service, printing and admin support, shower facilities, and access to The Ivy Brasserie next door. Office prices are quoted per month and exclude VAT.

An office inside a members' club

Most serviced offices sell you a desk and attach amenities to it. Pavilion works the other way round: you take club membership, and the office sits inside it.

Kensington was the first Pavilion club, and it is built around a light-filled atrium with a spiral staircase running through it. The range here is the widest of the four: single-person pods of about 60 sq ft, conventional suites from two to eight desks, and a floor that takes twenty to fifty people. Around them sit co-working space, members' lounges, meeting rooms, zoom booths and a staffed reception.

Membership carries a barista and cafe, room service, printing and admin support, shower facilities, and access to The Ivy Brasserie next door.

All office prices are quoted per month and exclude VAT.
