Pipeline is a high-design flexible workspace used by a diverse community of independent professionals, startups, and teams from small and large businesses. Different from coworking or executive office suites, Pipeline is a purpose-built environment that gives members a variety of areas to focus, collaborate, learn and innovate at any given time.
The Philadelphia location occupies the 15th floor at 30 S 15th Street, directly opposite City Hall in Center City. Private offices are available for one, two and three people, and each one comes with utilities, high-speed internet, cleaning and standard furniture included. Members also have gym access, mail and package services, printing, complimentary coffee and tea, and the option to register a business address at the building.
Reception is staffed Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, and members have 24/7 access to the floor.

Private offices start at $567 per month for one person, $830 for two people and $1,134 for three people. The price includes utilities, high-speed internet, cleaning and standard furniture. A three month minimum term applies, with a one month deposit and a two month notice period on a fixed-term contract.

Pipeline Philadelphia sits in the middle of Center City, on the west side of Philadelphia City Hall. Dilworth Park, the Comcast Center and Rittenhouse Square are all a short walk away, and the surrounding blocks are full of cafes, restaurants and hotels. 15th Street Station, City Hall Station and Suburban Station put the Market-Frankford Line, the Broad Street Line and SEPTA Regional Rail within a few minutes on foot.
