Rental Office is a virtual office and business address provider in the Vohwinkel district of Wuppertal, operated by Rental Solutions GmbH. It offers a legally serviceable German business address that can be used for your Impressum, your trade register entry and your business registration, which keeps your private address off the public record. Post is received on site and can either be scanned for you the same day or forwarded to you weekly. Every booking includes use of the meeting room and the single office, a printer allowance and a flat rate for coffee, tea and water. Once the contract is signed, the address can be ready to use within 24 hours.

Business Address is 150 EUR per month on the minimum six month term, or 125 EUR per month on a twelve month term. Registered Office is 250 EUR per month on six months, or 200 EUR per month on twelve months. All prices are net of VAT, and there is a one time setup fee of 50 EUR. Business Address includes one day of office space use per month and Registered Office includes two, each for three hours; extra days cost 25 EUR and 10 EUR respectively.
Your post is received on site. You can add an info mail alert so you are emailed as soon as something arrives, a scanning service that sends letters to you by email, or forwarding of post and parcels to your own address. Each of these is booked individually alongside your package.
Yes. There is a private office for up to 3 people at 25 EUR per hour and a conference room for up to 8 people at 30 EUR per hour, both all inclusive with a laptop, internet, a printing allowance and unlimited coffee, tea and water. Your package also includes office space days each month. Access is Monday to Friday, by booking.
