How to get there?
The Rotterdam Science Tower stands at the Marconiplein in the Merwe-Vierhavens area (M4H), which is growing into a creative district with new places to eat and drink and, in the near future, a mix of homes and workplaces. The Parkboulevard with its large shops is within walking distance, with a city park on top that looks out over the area. Marconiplein metro station is about 200 metres away, with frequent services to the centre of Rotterdam, Capelle aan den IJssel, Ommoord and Zevenkamp, and tram lines 1, 4 and 8 and several bus lines stop next to it. By car, the A20 is less than a kilometre away, with good links to the A16 and A13.

The floors have triple glazing, fan coil units for heating, cooling and ventilation and LED lighting, and every tenant can use the reception, coffee bar, restaurant, auditorium and meeting rooms on the ground floor.

Office floors suited to light laboratory use are available on several of the lower floors, and a higher floor combines laboratory and office space. Parts of a floor can also be leased, and other floors may be possible by arrangement. Each office is shown as a card on this page with its size, price and availability.
This is not a serviced office: you lease the space directly from the landlord on a lease of five years with an option to extend by five years. The floors are delivered in their current state, and the available office floors are to be fully renovated in the coming period; ask us about the timing. Furniture, internet and cleaning of your own space are arranged by you. Service costs come on top of the rent and are settled each year against the actual costs, and rent and service costs are paid quarterly in advance. All prices exclude VAT.
Yes. The building offers ML2 and ML3 laboratory space and meets the national and international standards for laboratories. The light lab office floors are suited to light laboratory use, and the fit-out of laboratory space can be tailored to each tenant, with a dedicated fit-out team.
