MYO Piccadilly occupies two floors of Lucent, the Landsec building behind the Piccadilly Lights, directly above Piccadilly Circus station. The workspace holds private fitted offices for 8 to 80 plus desks alongside library-style snugs, breakout lounges, call booths and a communal kitchen. Seven bookable meeting rooms seat 4 to 34 people, and the Lucent Lounge on the upper level takes evening events for up to 40. Offices are let on all-inclusive terms with an on-site concierge team and end-of-trip facilities including 21 showers, lockers and cycle storage.

A maker-focused building on Wallis Road in Hackney Wick, run by Mainyard Studios in partnership with the Creative Land Trust. Spread over two floors with high ceilings, it houses maker studios, creative studios, music studios and a coworking area.

Finlaison House is a Victorian landmark on Furnival Street in Holborn, opposite Waterhouse Square, and is Vallist's first London workspace. Original period features, high ceilings and generous proportions are paired with a calm, hospitality-led interior of natural materials and considered lighting. Private office suites run from roughly 730 to 1,440 sq ft, each with its own meeting room, sit/stand desks, natural light, individual climate control and enhanced acoustics, with a full floor of 6,340 sq ft available for a single occupier. Members share a cafe and lounge, seven meeting rooms, huddle rooms and phone booths, a concierge team, showers and changing rooms, secure basement bike storage and lockers on request. Enterprise-grade Wi-Fi runs on a dedicated fibre connection with built-in redundancy and a 99.9% uptime SLA, and the Vallist member app handles building access, room booking and concierge requests. The building is disabled accessible and offers 24/7 secure access.

Built in 1889, 14 Old Queen Street is a discreet converted Victorian townhouse holding a handful of well proportioned private offices. It stands a short walk from St James's Park and the Palace of Westminster, and its roof terrace looks across to Methodist Central Hall, where the United Nations held its first meeting in 1947. The street itself is first recorded in 1547, on the south side of a royal deer park; the road just north of it was named Birdcage Walk after the aviaries Charles II kept there. Reception is staffed from 08:30 to 18:00, and the building is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Mainyard's flagship Hackney Wick studios, set in former dye-cutting and print factories on the canal between the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Victoria Park.
