A London stock townhouse with a members' club feel

Six floors, nine self-contained spaces — each with its own kitchen, meeting rooms and breakout areas. On top of that there's additional lounge space, a roof garden, shared meeting rooms and phone booths, and bean-to-cup barista coffee.

The configuration here was reworked from scratch, taking ten years of learnings to optimise the building around what startups actually need. Natural materials, playful bursts of colour, and — the team's own verdict — possibly the best vibes in the Sandbox portfolio.
