The all-inclusive monthly fee covers reception and parcel management, building security and access control, utilities and climate control, high-speed internet and IT, unlimited access to the meeting rooms of the wider Itnig building, phone booths, daily cleaning, unlimited Itnig Café coffee and tea, a monthly community breakfast, insurance and facilities management.
