Historic brick buildings and green courtyards house fully furnished private offices, ateliers and studios, freshly renovated and laid out flexibly so that a small team or a fast growing company can find the right footprint. Rent is all inclusive: utilities, internet, cleaning and furniture are covered, contracts run on a flexible rolling monthly basis from three months, and private office tenants have 24/7 access. Several S-Bahn lines and bus connections are within a five minute walk, and restaurants, supermarkets, a cinema and a shopping mall are three minutes away.

Bouché Höfe offers fully furnished private offices with flexible layouts, alongside a business lounge, breakout areas, meeting rooms, phone booths and lockers. Private offices are listed here for teams of three, four to six and seven to ten people. Larger floors of up to 30 desks are available on request, and the building accommodates companies from one to more than 120 employees.

Private offices start from 1,197 EUR per month for a three person office. Rent is all inclusive: utilities, internet, cleaning and furniture are covered. Contracts are flexible rolling monthly agreements with a three month minimum term, three months notice and a deposit of three monthly rates. Tenants can register their business address at the building, and utilities can be billed in the tenant's own name if preferred.

The staffed reception is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30. Private office tenants have 24/7 access to the building.
