Scaling Spaces Comeniushof

Comeniushof is a recently renovated former factory building in the heart of Friedrichshain, spanning four floors and more than 1,900 m2. The structural elements of the old factory have been kept, and tall windows bring generous natural light into the offices. A spacious community area on the ground floor holds a kitchen, comfortable seating, meeting rooms and a reception open to all tenants and their guests, and every floor adds its own community and meeting space. Rent is all inclusive: utilities, internet, cleaning and furniture are covered. Contracts run on a flexible rolling monthly basis and private office tenants have 24/7 access.

The U-Bahn, S-Bahn and train station are a five minute walk away, with Warschauer Straße the nearest interchange, and tram connections towards Prenzlauer Berg and several bus lines are nearby. Berlin central station is around ten minutes away by public transport and Berlin Brandenburg airport BER about 60 minutes. Restaurants, supermarkets, a cinema and a shopping mall are three minutes on foot.

Comeniushof offers fully furnished private offices across four floors and more than 1,900 m2, with meeting rooms and community areas on every floor, a ground floor community area with a kitchen and reception, phone booths and lockers. Private offices are listed here for teams of four to six and seven to ten people. Larger floors of up to 30 desks are available on request, and the building accommodates companies from one to more than 100 employees.

Private offices start from 1,596 EUR per month for a four person office. Rent is all inclusive: utilities, internet, cleaning and furniture are covered. Contracts are flexible rolling monthly agreements with a three month minimum term, three months notice and a deposit of three monthly rates. Tenants can register their business address at the building, and utilities can be billed in the tenant's own name if preferred.

The staffed reception is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30. Private office tenants have 24/7 access to the building.

How to get there?

Comeniushof sits on a quiet former factory campus in Friedrichshain, close to Boxhagener Platz and within walking distance of the Spree, the East Side Gallery and clubs including Berghain and Watergate. The neighbourhood offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes.
