Cuvry Campus is a modern office building in Kreuzberg, directly at the Oberbaumbrücke, with a view over the river Spree and several Berlin landmarks. The complex was completed in 2021 and combines current building technology with an urban office concept, and it has achieved DGNB Gold certification for its overall quality across environmental, economic, technical and sociocultural factors. Rent is all inclusive: utilities, internet, cleaning and furniture are covered. Contracts run on a flexible rolling monthly basis and private office tenants have 24/7 access.

Schlesisches Tor and Warschauer Straße stations are both a few minutes walk away, which gives quick access to the main railway station and the airport. The East Side Gallery is an easy walk from the building, and parking is available on site.

Cuvry Campus offers fully furnished private offices, meeting rooms in several sizes, a business lounge and breakout areas, phone booths, lockers and terrace space. The building accommodates companies from one to more than 50 employees, with larger floors of up to 21 desks available on request. Current availability and the right footprint for your team are confirmed on inquiry.

Pricing for private offices at Cuvry Campus is confirmed on inquiry. Rent is all inclusive: utilities, internet, cleaning and furniture are covered. Contracts are flexible rolling monthly agreements with a three month minimum term, three months notice and a deposit of three monthly rates. Tenants can register their business address at the building, and utilities can be billed in the tenant's own name if preferred.

The staffed reception is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30. Private office tenants have 24/7 access to the building.

Cuvry Campus sits directly on the Spree in Kreuzberg, across from the Spreespeicher at the Oberbaumbrücke, with the East Side Gallery an easy walk away. The neighbourhood is known for its restaurants, snack bars, cafes and nightlife.
