Drivers can use the parking garage on site and cyclists have secure bike parking.

H:32 offers fully furnished single and team offices, a business lounge, breakout areas, phone booths, lockers, free conference rooms in several sizes and a dedicated event area. Private offices are listed here for teams of four to six and seven to ten people. Larger floors of up to 80 desks are available on request, and the building accommodates companies from one to more than 250 employees.

Ask us for current prices. Rent is all inclusive: utilities, internet, cleaning and furniture are covered. Contracts are flexible rolling monthly agreements with a three month minimum term, three months notice and a deposit of three monthly rates. Tenants can register their business address at the building, and utilities can be billed in the tenant's own name if preferred.

The staffed reception is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30. Private office tenants have 24/7 access to the building.
