Contracts are flexible rolling monthly agreements with a three month minimum term, three months notice and a deposit of three monthly rates. Tenants can register their business address at the building, and utilities can be billed in the tenant's own name if preferred.
The staffed reception is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30. Private office tenants have 24/7 access to the building.
