Inside, a loft atmosphere combines natural brickwork with half timbered elements. Private offices are listed here for teams of four to six and seven to ten people. Larger floors of up to 35 desks are available on request, and the site accommodates companies from one to more than 150 employees.

Private offices start from 1,676 EUR per month for a four person office. Rent is all inclusive: utilities, internet, cleaning and furniture are covered. Contracts are flexible rolling monthly agreements with a three month minimum term, three months notice and a deposit of three monthly rates. Tenants can register their business address at the building, and utilities can be billed in the tenant's own name if preferred.

The staffed reception is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30. Private office tenants have 24/7 access to the building.

Willner Brauerei sits at the intersection of Berliner Straße and Eschengraben in Prenzlauer Berg. The Schönhauser Allee area is known for its diverse and modern food scene, and the Schönhauser Arcaden and shops for daily needs are a few minutes on foot.
