How to get there?
Schiecentrale stands in the Lloydkwartier, a lively former port district on the Rotterdam waterfront where the raw character of the old harbour meets innovation, creativity and enterprise. The complex is well placed for the A15 towards Rozenburg, the A16 towards Dordrecht and Breda and the A20 towards Gouda, and tram and metro stops are only a short walk away. The water taxi brings the centre of Rotterdam within easy reach across the river, and parking is available in nearby parking garages and, at a charge, along the street.

This is not a serviced office. The offices are let either with a lease directly with the landlord or with a sublease from the current tenant: most come on a lease of five years with five-year extension periods, while some offices are sublet from a current tenant for the remaining term of its lease. The offices are delivered in their current state, with features such as top cooling, mechanical ventilation, lighting, pantry and toilet facilities, and for some offices the existing furniture can be taken over by arrangement. Furniture, internet and cleaning of your own space are arranged by you. Service costs for the shared areas and building installations come on top of the rent and, for some offices, include an advance for electricity and heating. All prices exclude VAT.
Yes. Parking spaces can be rented in parking garages in and next to the complex at an extra cost, including a space with an electric charging point, and there is paid parking along the street.
