Built in 1889, 14 Old Queen Street is a discreet converted Victorian townhouse holding a handful of well proportioned private offices. It stands a short walk from St James's Park and the Palace of Westminster, and its roof terrace looks across to Methodist Central Hall, where the United Nations held its first meeting in 1947. The street itself is first recorded in 1547, on the south side of a royal deer park; the road just north of it was named Birdcage Walk after the aviaries Charles II kept there. Reception is staffed from 08:30 to 18:00, and the building is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

MYO King's Cross is an 80,000 sq ft flexible workspace operated by Landsec, a few minutes' walk from King's Cross and St Pancras International. It offers fully fitted private offices for 12 to 200 desks on all-inclusive terms, alongside 16 bookable meeting rooms, 22 focus booths and a top-floor penthouse with a private terrace.
