Expansive North Center is a modern flexible workspace at 3838 N Ravenswood Ave, on the corner of West Berenice Avenue and North Ravenswood Avenue in Chicago's North Center and Ravenswood neighborhood. The building is the work component of The Opus Chicago, a live, work and play property that also houses a luxury apartment complex, and Expansive owns and operates the building it runs the workspace in. The Expansive Lounge and the onsite team are on the first floor, with offices on the floors above. Workspace options include fully furnished private offices, multi room team suites that scale with a growing team, dedicated desks inside a shared private office, and guaranteed space in the shared coworking lounge with a variety of seating. Collaboration space covers two meeting rooms fitted with smart TV monitors and remote controls, a Huddle Room sized for smaller groups, private day offices for one to four people, conference rooms of varying sizes, and an events venue for larger gatherings. Two private phone booths with built in desks, ventilation and transparent doors give members somewhere to take a call. The Expansive Lounge holds the shared community kitchen, soft seating, work tables, filtered water and unlimited coffee, tea and espresso. This location also offers a dedicated workspace for therapists, counselors and wellness professionals: a quiet, fully furnished room with natural light, full privacy, sound proofing and white noise, reservable by the day, by the month or on demand. Access Passes provide five or ten private day offices a month, usable here or at any Expansive location, and a virtual office plan gives use of the North Center business address for business mail.
