The Hive is Stella33's business centre inside MIND, the Milano Innovation District built on the former Expo 2015 site. The district brings together companies, universities and research institutions, among them the Human Technopole, the Galeazzi Hospital and the University of Milan, which makes it one of the more unusual places in the city to take an office. Workspace is modular, running from roughly 50 to 500 square metres, with private offices, coworking stations and a cluster of equipped meeting rooms. Reception is staffed 24 hours a day and sits directly alongside the coworking and meeting room area. Members have high speed Wi-Fi on secure connections, lounges and relaxation areas, green space, dedicated event areas and 24/7 security and access. Meeting rooms are bookable by companies based in the building and by outside companies, with catering arranged on request.
If you want to check availability for a particular room, arrange a visit, or have terms confirmed before you commit, get in touch and we will come back to you.
Yes. The meeting rooms at The Hive are available both to companies based in the building and to companies with no office here. Catering can be arranged for meetings and events on request.
Yes. Reception at The Hive is open 24 hours a day and sits directly beside the coworking space and the meeting room cluster, so response times are short and there is always someone present in the busiest areas. The team handles mail, guests, first level technical support and day to day coordination for tenants.
Private offices are generally accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Common areas follow the centre's own hours.
Through digital badges and QR codes, with access logs and security protocols.
In many cases yes, either directly or with help from the on site team.
Stella33 splits its centres roughly half and half: about 50 per cent of the floor area is private offices and about 50 per cent is shared space. That follows activity based working, the idea that people work better when they can move through the day to whichever setting suits the task. Shared areas include lounges and coworking space, phone booths and micro rooms for calls or focused work, and quiet zones.
The Hive sits inside MIND, the Milano Innovation District, the regeneration of the site that held Expo 2015 in the north west of Milan. The district is built around research and innovation and is home to the Human Technopole, the Galeazzi Hospital and part of the University of Milan, alongside companies, startups and a programme of public events. Rho Fiera station, on both the railway and the metro, is a short walk and connects directly into central Milan and the national network. The main motorway routes around the city are close by, and there is parking on site.
