Sandbox's own Brutalist beauty, fully embracing a 70s chic aesthetic — rich oranges, deep browns and tactile, furry walls. Offices start at 100 sq ft, a good first office with a turnkey fit-out, and scale up to seat 20-100+ people with internal kitchens, lounge areas or meeting rooms as needed. The private offices feature comfortable communal seating, bold artwork and spaces filled with natural light and planting. The building also has a sun-trapped rooftop, a state-of-the-art gym in the basement and a coffee shop on the ground floor on Gate Street.

Smaller offices from 150 sq ft take 4-12 people and come furnished to your taste; larger offices from 560 sq ft take 14-40 with internal glass-fronted meeting rooms. There are more meeting rooms per person here than at any other Sandbox location — all free for members and bookable through an app — alongside plenty of communal breakout space and games areas.
