Jay Suites Fifth Avenue is a 90,000 square foot tower just west of Fifth Avenue on 38th Street, the former Lord and Taylor corporate headquarters and the largest building in the Jay Suites estate. It holds 232 furnished executive suites across floors five to twelve, from single-person units to team spaces for as many as 100 people, many with panoramic views of the Empire State Building. A dedicated fourth-floor amenity floor carries lounge areas, phone booths and meeting spaces, and there is a Jay Conference facility on the lower level plus a rooftop event space. Entry is through a private ground floor lobby with biometric access around the clock.

Jay Suites Madison Avenue occupies the third and fourth floors of a 26-storey building directly across the street from Grand Central Terminal. It holds 64 fully furnished office suites, from single-person rooms to larger team spaces, with a strong window line giving natural light and high ceilings to every exterior office. Three meeting rooms serve the two floors, which are joined by an interior staircase, alongside a designer reception and a break room. Access is 24 hours a day.

Jay Suites Bryant Park occupies whole floors of an art-deco tower at 1441 Broadway, steps from both Times Square and Bryant Park, with a dual-entry lobby on Broadway and Seventh Avenue. The 50,000 square foot centre holds 151 furnished executive suites and seven meeting rooms, ranging from a five-person room to a 52-person conference space, with panoramic views over Midtown. A fully equipped pantry, members lounge and member hotspot sit alongside secure fingerprint access to all floors.
