Thornico Building stands on the Westblaak, one of the main roads through the centre of Rotterdam, in the middle of the city's shopping area. Beurs metro station is a 5-minute walk away and connects directly to Rotterdam Centraal, a tram stop is also about 5 minutes on foot, and Rotterdam Centraal itself is less than a kilometre away, around 15 minutes on foot. By car, the Westblaak takes you to the Rotterdam ring road within 15 minutes, with good connections to the A13 towards The Hague and Amsterdam, the A20 towards Utrecht and the A16 towards North Brabant. The building's own car park has almost 800 spaces, direct access to the building and charging points for electric cars.

Offices are available on the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 6th floors. Most are delivered as a renovated shell, so you can fit them out entirely to your own wishes, while others come turn-key, and some units already have floor covering, cabling or partition walls in place. If you prefer a fully fitted office, the landlord can put you in touch with a network of architects and specialists. Every office has sun-resistant glazing, top cooling with fresh outside air, an acoustic ceiling with LED lighting and plenty of daylight from large windows, and the lease is arranged directly with the landlord.
