The third-floor business units are delivered at standard office level, ready for your own furniture, for two years with a two-year extension, with other terms negotiable; their monthly price is all-in and includes the service costs for the shared areas and building installations, utilities, hospitality and cleaning of all rooms. The 8th and 9th floors, available from 1 March 2027, are delivered ready to use apart from your own furniture, with the term by arrangement; their rent is quoted per m² per year, and service costs for the shared areas and building installations are charged on top as an advance. Furniture and internet and data are arranged by you, and on the floors also cleaning of your own space. Prices exclude VAT, and a bank guarantee or deposit is usual.
