Treehouse is a fully renovated office building on the Rijnsweerd office park in Utrecht East, certified BREEAM Very Good. Inside you find plenty of greenery, open and closed meeting rooms, a presentation room, a gym and a lunch offer that runs from salads at lunchtime to bar snacks for drinks.
Six furnished serviced offices are available on the 3rd and 4th floors, from about 36 m² (3 to 4 workplaces) to 50 m² (4 to 5 workplaces). The monthly price is all-in: service costs, the reception, shared WiFi, weekly cleaning, coffee and tea and fair use of meeting rooms and phone booths are included. VAT, parking and additional IT come on top.
A large staffed reception at the entrance doubles as a coffee bar where you can receive visitors. Units open with a door code.

How to get there?
Treehouse sits in a green setting on the Rijnsweerd office park on the east side of Utrecht, within walking distance of the Bloeyendaal nature park. Buses to Utrecht Centraal leave every few minutes from the corner of the street and take about 15 minutes. By car, the A27 and A28 exits are right next to the park, and the A12 is reached via the Waterlinieweg.
