Designed by the Turull Sorensen studio with Utopicus's own architecture team, the concept takes its cues from the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul, which shows in the way the floors are laid out and in the shapes and colours used throughout. The building holds 41 private offices for companies of any size and room for up to 371 workstations, along with six meeting rooms, one training room, five phone booths, a Working Pass area of 24 seats and four large meeting places set along its corridors.
