Private office suites run from roughly 730 to 1,440 sq ft, each with its own meeting room, sit/stand desks, natural light, individual climate control and enhanced acoustics, with a full floor of 6,340 sq ft available for a single occupier. Members share a cafe and lounge, seven meeting rooms, huddle rooms and phone booths, a concierge team, showers and changing rooms, secure basement bike storage and lockers on request. Enterprise-grade Wi-Fi runs on a dedicated fibre connection with built-in redundancy and a 99.9% uptime SLA, and the Vallist member app handles building access, room booking and concierge requests. The building is disabled accessible and offers 24/7 secure access.

Finlaison House is Vallist's first building, and the operator's approach shows in how it is run. There is a concierge team rather than facilities management, an arrival experience rather than a sign-in sheet, and an on-site cafe that runs through the day.

Original period features, high ceilings and generous proportions have been retained, and the fit-out works with them: natural materials, soft tonal palettes and considered lighting.
Private office suites occupy the first to fourth floors. Every suite has its own meeting room included, with height-adjustable desks throughout, individual climate control, enhanced acoustics and natural light. Suites run from roughly 730 sq ft to 1,440 sq ft, and the whole second floor is available as a self-contained 6,340 sq ft floor for a single occupier.
Autumn offer: sign a private office agreement of 12 months or longer by 31 October 2026 and Vallist gives two months rent free. Every price shown is per calendar month and excludes VAT.

Chancery Lane on the Central line is a 4 minute walk, Farringdon is 8 minutes, Holborn on the Central and Piccadilly lines is 10 minutes and Blackfriars on the Circle and District lines is 12 minutes. Lincoln's Inn Fields, the largest public square in London, is a short walk away, as is Sir John Soane's Museum. Dishoom and The Delaunay are nearby for dining, with Third Space, Barry's Bootcamp and Gymbox for fitness, and Covent Garden and Neal's Yard a little further west. The building is inside the Congestion Charge zone and has no car parking.
