MYO St Paul's is a Landsec flexible workspace at One New Change in the City of London, set across three floors directly opposite St Paul's Cathedral. It offers fully fitted private offices from 24 to more than 100 desks, supported by 9,600 sq ft of shared amenity space with breakout lounges, focus areas and privacy booths. Six bookable meeting rooms seat 4 to 20 people, and a 120-capacity events suite plus a 100-capacity lounge handle larger gatherings. MYO New Street Square is a six-floor flexible workspace occupying a standalone building within Landsec's New Street Square campus in Midtown London. It offers around 45,000 sq ft of private offices for teams of 12 to 140 or more, with meeting rooms, communal lounges and a rooftop terrace. The interiors use natural light, biophilic planting, timber finishes and green-toned terrazzo. The building also holds flagship event and conference space, including a sixth-floor lounge with a wraparound terrace over the London skyline.

Pavilion City is a private members' club with serviced offices at Cannon Green, next door to Cannon Street station. Private offices from two to sixteen desks come fully fitted with bespoke furniture, warehouse-oak floors and floor-to-ceiling windows, and membership carries the club with it - an eighth-floor members' bar, two roof terraces with 360-degree views of the City skyline, members' lounges, a barista on site and 'The Listings' restaurant downstairs. Six serviced meeting and dining rooms, snug meeting rooms and phone booths are available on site, alongside state-of-the-art bike storage, lockers, changing rooms and showers. Built in 1889, 14 Old Queen Street is a discreet converted Victorian townhouse holding a handful of well proportioned private offices. It stands a short walk from St James's Park and the Palace of Westminster, and its roof terrace looks across to Methodist Central Hall, where the United Nations held its first meeting in 1947. The street itself is first recorded in 1547, on the south side of a royal deer park; the road just north of it was named Birdcage Walk after the aviaries Charles II kept there. Reception is staffed from 08:30 to 18:00, and the building is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
