Nieuwegein bus station is a few minutes' walk away, with the express tram to Utrecht and to Nieuwegein Zuid and IJsselstein every eight minutes, and regional buses from Utrecht, Vianen and Houten. By car, the A2, A12 and A27 are within easy reach.

About 1,742 m² is available now over three floors: about 406 m² on the second floor, delivered turnkey, about 894 m² on the third floor, with carpet, and about 442 m² on the fourth floor, without carpet. The floors are delivered in their current state with a shared entrance, two lifts, new system ceilings with LED lighting, individually controlled air conditioning and external sun blinds, mechanical ventilation, and a pantry and toilets on each floor. Leases run until 31 March 2030 at the latest, and other terms are negotiable.
