Microlab Rotterdam is at Aert van Nesstraat 45 in the centre of Rotterdam, in an urban area full of restaurants, concept stores and young businesses. The Q-Park de Bijenkorf car park is right next door, Beurs metro station is around 500 metres away and Eendrachtsplein around 800 metres, while Rotterdam Centraal station is about a kilometre's walk. The building is easy to reach by public transport, bike or car, and Stadsgarage Schouwburgplein offers further parking around 600 metres away.
