Constructed in 1971 and renovated in 2014, the property was formerly known as the Plaza at Audley and is recognizable by its minimalist arched windows, live oaks and landscaped grounds. Workspace runs from private offices and multi room team suites to dedicated desks and an open coworking area. Four meeting rooms are fitted with smart TV monitors and Polycom speaker phones, and there are day offices for one to four people plus event space.
