Seven private offices are available now, from a two-desk room at £650 per month to a self-contained 25-desk lower ground floor unit at £5,800, priced at around £350 per desk per month plus VAT. Offices are furnished and serviced, with a staffed reception, a cafe, private on-site parking, showers and secure bike storage, and the building is dog friendly. Members use the Avenue app for door access and meeting-room booking, and get access to the Barclays Eagle Labs network through Avenue HQ's national partnership.

Offices are furnished and serviced and include reception services, building access via the Avenue app, showers and bike storage. Flexible desk membership is £130 per month or £20 per day, a resident dedicated desk £230 per month, a remote or virtual office £95 per month and Mail+ £50 per month, all plus VAT.
Reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. Members have access outside those hours via the Avenue app.
