Utopicus Glòries lies at the heart of Barcelona's 22@ innovation district, in a new Colonial building. The 1,800 sqm space was designed with the city itself in mind, a place where the mountains meet the sea: the side facing the Mediterranean is finished in fresh marine colours, while the wing looking out towards the Serra de Collserola takes its palette from the hills. The design follows Utopicus's wider aim of giving technology a more human dimension. Itnig Àlaba 60 is a brand-new 200 m² private office in Barcelona's 22@ innovation district (Poblenou), with room for up to 52 workstations. It has a private terrace, a meeting room, three phone booths and a fully-equipped kitchen and lounge, with natural light and high ceilings. Everything is all-inclusive: security, utilities, internet and IT, cleaning, Itnig Café coffee and tea, a monthly community breakfast, insurance and facilities management, all within Itnig's startup ecosystem.

Utopicus Avenida Diagonal is a 2,600 sqm workspace on one of Barcelona's principal avenues, designed to build stronger and more lasting connections between people, projects and their surroundings. Unusually for the network it carries no hot desks and no Working Pass area at all, and is given over entirely to private offices, which allows for more personal attention and better performance for the teams based there. It also offers Office Suites, HQ Flex space, meeting rooms, event space and phone booths.

OneCoWork Poblenou is a new design-led coworking space in Barcelona's 22@ innovation district, spanning 2,650 m² with capacity for more than 400 desks. It offers premium private offices, dedicated and flexible desks, meeting rooms and three landscaped terraces — including a rooftop and a garden for informal meetings and events. Set on Carrer de la Llacuna, it is minutes from Bogatell beach and surrounded by the bars and restaurants of La Rambla del Poblenou. Opening September 2026.
