Utopicus Paseo de la Habana is a 5,791 sqm sustainable building in the El Viso and Chamartín district of Madrid, built around a planted interior courtyard inspired by the nineteenth century English pleasure garden. Four floors hold 61 private offices with capacity for up to 663 workstations, 11 meeting rooms, a training room, an event space, an auditorium, nine phone booths and a 34 seat Working Pass coworking area, together with a shared terrace, showers and bicycle parking.

Utopicus José Abascal is a 2,351 sqm flexible workspace spread over two floors in the heart of Madrid's Chamberí district. Designed by the Turull Sorensen studio with Utopicus's own architecture team, the concept takes its cues from the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul, which shows in the way the floors are laid out and in the shapes and colours used throughout. The building holds 41 private offices for companies of any size and room for up to 371 workstations, along with six meeting rooms, one training room, five phone booths, a Working Pass area of 24 seats and four large meeting places set along its corridors.

Utopicus Ramón de la Cruz is a 2,105 sqm Office Suite building in the central Salamanca district of Madrid, close to Serrano, Velázquez and Paseo de la Castellana. It is a Colonial owned building, restored in 2017 and keeping its distinctive curtain wall facade, which brings a great deal of natural light into a single floor plate with 3.4 m of clear height. It offers private offices only, arranged as three self contained modules, A, B and C, each with its own private entrance and together seating up to 212 people. The building has 11 meeting rooms and 8 phone booths, plus a reception, a lounge area, a canteen, showers, bicycle parking and car parking. There is no Working Pass, coworking or day pass at this building.

Utopicus Travessera is a 2,400 sqm workspace across two floors of a newly renovated Colonial owned building, a few metres from two of Barcelona's main streets, Avinguda Diagonal and Via Augusta. The 3,095 sqm space was designed by Más que Espacio around a retro futuristic idea, a journey to the future in which the past is very present. It holds 39 private offices with capacity for up to 465 workstations, Office Suites, HQ Flex and 16 Working Pass seats, along with 9 meeting rooms, 7 phone booths, one event space and a shared terrace. Utopicus Avenida Diagonal is a 2,598 sqm workspace spread over two floors of Diagonal 532, in the heart of Barcelona's Eixample, designed to build stronger and more lasting connections between people, projects and their surroundings. The building carries no Working Pass, no shared desks and no hot desking of any kind, and is given over entirely to private offices: 29 of them, with capacity for up to 234 workstations.
