Inside there are 34 private offices and capacity for up to 450 workstations, together with seven meeting rooms, one training room and four phone booths. Private offices are listed from 375 EUR per person per month, excluding VAT, with meeting room credits, utilities, cleaning and unlimited coffee included, and members also get 24 hour access to the building and to every other Utopicus space in Madrid and Barcelona. The Working Pass area has 30 seats and starts at 259 EUR per person per month, excluding VAT. Bicycle parking and car parking are available.
