How to get there?
De 4-Master sits on the Dr. Lelykade in Scheveningen Haven, a lively area with restaurants, sailing and fishing boats, and the beach a short walk away. Tram 11 and 16 and bus 22 connect the harbour with Den Haag HS, Den Haag Centraal and Laan van NOI stations. By car, the Utrechtsebaan leads to the A4, A12 and A13, and the Landscheidingsweg to the A44.

De 4-Master is a modern office building on the second inner harbour of Scheveningen. It was the first building completed in the redevelopment of the harbour area, and the beach and the restaurants at the head of the harbour are within walking distance.
Seven office units are available, from about 20 m² to 75 m²: two in the Harbour Business Center on the second floor and five in SeaSide Offices on the first floor. Units come with epoxy floors, partly glazed partition walls, air conditioning and access to a shared modern pantry. You arrange your own internet subscription through the patch cabinet.
There is no staffed reception: tenants have their own access to the building.

The units currently available are shown as cards on this page, each with its size, monthly rent and lease terms. Service costs (energy, water, maintenance of installations and cleaning of the common areas) are charged on top as an advance payment per quarter; the amount is still to be confirmed.
The units are let on a conventional lease directly from the landlord, for 1 year with a 1-year extension (other terms can be discussed) and 3 months' notice, with the start date by arrangement. They are delivered at standard office level with epoxy floors, partition walls and air conditioning, ready for your own furniture. Furniture and cleaning of your own unit are arranged by you, and you take your own internet subscription through the patch cabinet. Rent is paid monthly in advance and indexed yearly to the CPI, and service costs for the shared areas and building installations are charged on top of the rent as an advance, with the amount still to be confirmed. A bank guarantee or deposit of at least 3 months' gross payment (rent, service costs and VAT) is required.
