Enclave Georgetown is on the third floor of the Waterfront Center at 1010 Wisconsin Avenue NW, in the middle of Georgetown. Offices are private and lockable with 24/7 access via the Enclave access app, and are let unfurnished so members can fit them out to suit the way they work. Wi-Fi, utilities and cleaning are included in the monthly rate, along with two hours of conference-room time each week.
Enclave Georgetown is on the third floor of the Waterfront Center at 1010 Wisconsin Avenue NW, at the quieter southern end of Wisconsin Avenue below M Street and a block from the C&O Canal. Thirteen private offices sit around a coworking lounge with a kitchen and coffee bar, breakout seating and phone rooms — a calmer base than the M Street crowds a few doors uphill.
The offices here are let unfurnished. In Enclave's own words, they "leave them unfurnished so you can set the space up however you want" — so plan for desks and chairs, or ask the team, who can sometimes help with furniture. Almost everything else is in the rate: Wi-Fi, utilities, cleaning, 24/7 access through the Enclave app and two hours of conference-room time each week.
Two of the thirteen offices are available, both at $1,200 a month on a one-year agreement. Each is an internal room of about 100 sq ft, roughly 9 m², comfortable for around two to three people. With only two offices free, this is a building worth enquiring about early.

Usually not. Enclave leaves its offices unfurnished "so you can set the space up however you want and make it your own". They can sometimes help with furniture if you need it — worth asking before you sign. This is unusual for a flexible workspace, so budget for desks and chairs.

Enclave Georgetown sits at the bottom of Wisconsin Avenue NW, in the Waterfront Center, where Georgetown's shopping streets run down to the Potomac. The intersection of M Street and Wisconsin Avenue a short way uphill is the neighbourhood's commercial heart, with high-end shops, bars and restaurants; Washington Harbour, on K Street between 30th and 31st, is the waterfront run of restaurants and terraces. The Chesapeake and Ohio Canal passes between M and K Streets — no longer working, but its towpath is one of the city's best walking and running routes, and it links to Georgetown Waterfront Park. Georgetown famously has no Metro station: Foggy Bottom-GWU and Rosslyn are the closest, each about a mile off, and Metrobus routes run along Wisconsin Avenue and M Street.
