Expansive Angebilt Building

The Angebilt Building has been a downtown Orlando landmark since 1923, when it opened as the tallest building in the city and home to Orlando's finest hotel. The 11 story red brick building is now a modern office address that keeps its historic character, with an elegant lobby full of original detail, a bright central atrium and tall arched windows on the upper floors. Expansive fills it with fully furnished private offices and larger team suites, a second floor member lounge, conference and huddle rooms, private phone booths and an outdoor terrace. There is a mothers room, indoor bike storage, and dining both onsite and next door. The restaurants, bars and retail of downtown Orlando's work, live and play district are all within walking distance.

A 1923 Orlando landmark, still one of the best addresses downtown

When the Angebilt Building opened in 1923 it was the tallest building in Orlando and home to the city's finest hotel. Eleven stories of red brick later it is an office building that has kept its character, with an elegant lobby full of original detail, a bright central atrium and tall arched windows along the upper floors. Expansive runs the whole building, so a furnished private office or a full team suite comes with a second floor member lounge, conference and huddle rooms, private phone booths and an outdoor terrace, plus a team on site through the working week.
