Expansive Biscayne sits in Edgewater, on the stretch of Biscayne Boulevard just north of downtown Miami. The Intracoastal Waterway and Margaret Pace Park are a short walk to the east, and the building itself has ground floor retail at street level. Road access is straightforward from every direction: I-195 and the Julia Tuttle Causeway are to the north, I-395 and the MacArthur Causeway to the south, and I-95 is close by. Miami Beach is a short drive east across the causeways.
