The building is at 114 W Main St, Mesa, AZ 85201, on the north side of West Main Street between MacDonald and Robinson, in downtown Mesa.

The Valley Metro light rail stop is one block west along Main Street, Mesa City Plaza is half a block away and North Country Club Drive is two blocks east, so the building is easy to reach by transit or by the surrounding major roads. To enter, use the Expansive button on the Butterfly callbox at the front entrance. The team will meet you in the Expansive Lounge, right through the front doors.

The ASU at CityCenter campus is next door, and Mesa City Plaza is half a block away for city business, with North Country Club Drive two blocks east. The Valley Metro light rail runs along Main Street with a stop one block west, so you can reach the building without a car. The property is a piece of local history in its own right: the former JJ Newberry variety store, built in 1948, whose blue zigzag awning and Newberry Station sign make it one of the more recognizable frontages on the block.
