Expansive Superior is a seven floor office building at 405 W Superior St in the River North neighbourhood of Chicago. Built in 2004, the red brick building has 10 foot lofted ceilings, oversized windows that flood the interiors with natural light, keyless building access and a top floor outdoor deck with views of the city beyond. Private offices and multi room team suites are fully furnished and come with 24/7 access. The Expansive Lounge on the 7th floor holds a community kitchen, soft seating, work tables, endless coffee and tea, and a terrace overlooking River North. There are 4 meeting rooms equipped with smart TV monitors and a polycom phone, including a Huddle Room that suits smaller groups, plus 3 private phone booths with built in desks, ventilation and transparent doors. Other facilities include a mother's room with soft seating, a dedicated refrigerator and a locking door, secure lockable bike racks, mail services, a shared printer and scanner, free guest wifi and versatile event space. An onsite team is in the building on weekdays.
