Kiln Biltmore sits in the Biltmore corridor, the stretch of East Camelback Road that has become one of Phoenix's main business addresses outside downtown. The building is part of Camelback Colonnade, a RED Development retail centre, so dining, shopping and errands are a short walk from the desk rather than a drive.
Biltmore Fashion Park and the Arizona Biltmore are a few minutes away, and Piestewa Peak and the Phoenix Mountains Preserve are close enough for a lunchtime walk. The corridor is built around driving, and parking here is complimentary and on site.

Kiln lists Club membership at 350 US dollars a month and a resident desk at 550 US dollars a month, with day passes from 65 US dollars, meeting rooms from 100 US dollars an hour and event space from 325 US dollars an hour. Offices come fully furnished with wifi, printing, mail services, cleaning, the member kitchen and coffee station, and access to the fitness room, golf simulator and recording studio. Billing is month to month.
The front desk is staffed Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Members have 24/7 access to the building, so you are not limited to staffed hours.
