Kiln Biltmore

Kiln Biltmore is at 1801 East Camelback Road, Suite 201, Phoenix, Arizona 85016. It sits on the second floor of the Camelback Colonnade retail centre, on the Biltmore corridor at the corner of East Camelback Road and North 20th Street.

Most members drive. Complimentary on site parking is included, in the Camelback Colonnade surface lot and garage, so there is no daily parking charge to budget for. By car it is roughly 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and about 10 minutes from downtown Phoenix. Phoenix light rail does not serve the Biltmore corridor, so check current bus routes if you plan to travel by public transport.

Kiln offers four products here. Private offices are enclosed and lockable for 1 to 15 people. Studio suites, which Kiln also calls team studios, give a larger team its own open floor plus dedicated conference rooms. A resident desk is a dedicated desk in the shared space, and Club is shared desk access. Meeting rooms, event space and day passes can be booked separately.

Private offices start from about 1,450 US dollars a month and studio suites from about 2,650 US dollars a month. Those are indicative starting figures published by third party listing sites rather than a quote from Kiln, and the real figure depends on the suite, the team size and the term, which typically runs 6 to 12 months. Kiln lists Club membership at 350 US dollars a month and a resident desk at 550 US dollars a month, with day passes from 65 US dollars, meeting rooms from 100 US dollars an hour and event space from 325 US dollars an hour. Offices come fully furnished with wifi, printing, mail services, cleaning, the member kitchen and coffee station, and access to the fitness room, golf simulator and recording studio. Billing is month to month.

The front desk is staffed Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Members have 24/7 access to the building, so you are not limited to staffed hours.
