Kopgebouw is a new office building at the entrance of the Leerpark campus in Dordrecht, opened in 2023 and easy to recognise by its draped golden facade. Office floors are offered around a central atrium with space for flexible working and meeting, and shared meeting facilities are available in the building. The upper floors are used for higher education, and the building is built to high sustainability standards, with solar panels on the roof and no fossil fuels for its main systems.

By car the building is easy to reach from the N3 ring road, which links the A15 and the A16, and a direct bus connects the Leerpark with Dordrecht Centraal station. The building is clearly visible from the railway, the road and the cycle paths, and paid public parking is available in the immediate area.

Office space is available on the lower floors, while the two top floors are used for higher education. Apart from the corridor around the atrium, the floors can be laid out freely, and the space is delivered as shell plus, so you can fit it out to suit your organisation. The lease is arranged directly with the landlord, and the building combines solar panels, LED lighting with presence detection and water-saving measures with the aim of reaching BREEAM-NL Excellent.

Office space is offered on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, and the floors can be divided into smaller units. Each space is shown as a card on this page with its size, price and availability. The two top floors of the building are used for higher education.
This is not a serviced office: you lease the space directly from the landlord on a conventional lease of at least five years with extension periods of five years. The space is delivered as shell plus, and the exact finish is agreed with the landlord. Furniture, internet and cleaning of your own space are arranged by you. Service costs come on top of the rent as an advance, and the area excludes a share of the common areas. Parking spaces are rented separately. All prices exclude VAT.
