Stokholm is a monumental former grain warehouse on the Wolwevershaven in the historic harbour of Dordrecht. Built in 1730 and later fully renovated into a contemporary office building, this national monument has offices at both the front and the back. From the front of the building you look out over the Wolwevershaven and Kuipershaven, and from the back over the point where three rivers meet. Step outside and the city centre is only a short walk away, while the A16 is a few minutes away by car. There is paid parking in front of the building, and the municipality of Dordrecht can advise on parking permits.

This is not a serviced office: you lease the space directly from the landlord on a conventional lease, and a flexible lease term is negotiable. The offices are delivered in their current state; the existing floor covering, pantry and fit-out may be used free of charge, but they are not part of the lease and their upkeep is up to you. Furniture, internet and cleaning of your own space are arranged by you. Service costs come on top of the rent and cover items such as heating, water and electricity, maintenance of the building installations and daily cleaning of the common areas. All prices exclude VAT.
