The building is spread over two floors with high ceilings, and each studio is yours to customise. Fill it with workbenches, rails, canvases, lighting rigs or recording gear, and bring the dog too, because the building is pet friendly. Alongside the maker studios there are creative studios, soundproofed music studios, a coworking area with dedicated desks and a lounge corner, and a bookable meeting room.
With the support of the Creative Land Trust, many of the maker studios are let at a reduced rent, and there is an application process for those spaces.
