With the support of the Creative Land Trust, many of the maker studios are let at a reduced rent, and there is an application process for those spaces. The area is part of the Hackney Wick Creative Enterprise Zone, a canal side neighbourhood of converted factories and working studios between the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Victoria Park, with Number 90 Bar & Kitchen just along the road for food and drinks.
