How to get there?
The building is in the south-west of Utrecht, in view of the Oudenrijn junction of the A2 and A12, both a few minutes away by car. Bus and tram stops towards Utrecht Centraal, IJsselstein, Nieuwegein and Leidsche Rijn are within walking distance, and the NOVA shopping centre is right next door.

The offices are let on a conventional lease directly from the landlord, for five years with five-year extensions and twelve months' notice. They are delivered turnkey in their current state, with partition walls, a kitchen, fibre internet and top cooling, ready to use apart from your own furniture. Furniture, your internet subscription, and cleaning of your own space are arranged by you. The rent is quoted per m² per year and converted to a monthly figure, excluding VAT; service costs for the shared areas and building installations are charged on top of the rent as an advance. Parking spaces in the adjacent garage are rented separately. A bank guarantee or deposit is usual.
Parking spaces are available in the adjacent garage. Visitors can park free for up to two hours in the shopping-centre garage, and there is public parking around the Churchilllaan.
Yes. The central entrance hall has a staffed reception that welcomes visitors and gives access to the lifts; tenants have 24-hour access to their office.
