The community lounge sits on the top floor, drenched in natural light from a stunning sunroof, and opens onto The Overlook, a 1,500 square foot balcony patio. Two further event venues sit alongside it: The Hideaway Biergarten, 3,000 square feet of outdoor space under oak trees, and The Penthouse, a 1,600 square foot room lit by Austin's largest skylight. Members also have a community kitchen with complimentary tea, coffee and espresso, private phone booths, a mother's room, mail services, a shared printer and scanner, free guest wifi and bike racks. Six private offices are currently available, ranging from 577 to 1,658 square feet. The onsite team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and a parking lot surrounds the building.
