Utopicus Paseo de la Habana is a 5,800 sqm sustainable building in the El Viso and Chamartin district of Madrid, built around a planted interior courtyard inspired by the nineteenth century English pleasure garden. It was created for organisations pioneering new business models that give back to society and protect the environment. The building offers private offices, Office Suites, HQ Flex space, meeting and event rooms, a Working Pass coworking area and a terrace.
